Fahrenheit is a small revolution in the world of perfume. This is one of the first floral perfume arrangements for man, this is first time that the violet is used in a men’s fragrance. Born in 1988, it needed against the current trend of materialistic 1980s. Commercial success, Fahrenheit has never left the top 30 best-selling fragrance.

After a first attempt in 2007 with Fahrenheit 32, rather go unnoticed, Dior retry this year reinterpretation of one of its strongest perfumes with Absolute Fahrenheit. Side composition, notes of violet is always present, magnified by the rare and noble materials: myrrh, incense and Oud wood. The oud wood develops a warm woody smell.

With Fahrenheit Absolute François Demachy, Perfumer-Creator of Dior perfume, lead the perfume on new grounds by keeping his characteristic notes of violet and leathery. The masculinity is affirmed in the choice of powerful rich and warm raw materials such as resins, rare wood. The heat of the flames can reveal the subtlety and richness of the materials used.

The bottle retains the classic conical shape of Fahrenheit, it remains substantially the same in a darker version, by plunging into a dark world. The glass changes from red to dark tonalities, burned. Addition to the original fragrance – mystery and intensity. With this new Fahrenheit, the temperature rises and melts with a new point of incandescence.
